Our terms and conditions vary depending on the occupancy type (investment or owner-occupied)

Investment:

  • The interest rates of our investment loans typically fall between 6.5% and 8.5%
  • One-year prepayment penalty
  • The Max Loan to Value is typically 80% to 85% (LTV)
  • On purchase transactions, the Max Combined Loan to Value is 90% (CLTV), whereas we finance 80% of the purchase price, and your seller would hold a 10% Second Mortgage

Owner Occupied:

  • The interest rates of our owner-occupied NO-INCOME VERIFICATION MORTGAGES are higher than rates for investment properties, and typically fall between 8.5% and 9.5%
  • NO prepayment penalties.
  • On purchase transactions, the Max Combined Loan to Value is also 90% (CLTV)
