Program Fee Schedule & Disclosures

(1) Upfront Setup Fee $590.00
NON-REFUNDABLE UPFRONT SETUP FEE: Prior to system activation, corporate onboarding, or the provisioning of any operational infrastructure, the Associate shall submit a one-time, non-refundable upfront setup fee in the amount of $590.00 (the "Upfront Setup Fee"). Under no circumstances shall this setup fee be deemed a deposit, nor shall it be subject to return, proration, or refund upon the separation or termination of this Agreement by either party.
(2) Monthly Operating & Technology Fee $200.00 / mo
Associate explicitly agrees to pay a recurring monthly infrastructure subscription of $200.00 per month (the "Monthly Technology Fee") in exchange for complete deployment and operational hosting of the corporate ecosystem essential to initiate, manage, scale, and run their day-to-day operations. This software, support, and marketing suite unalterably includes the following thirteen asset items:
  1. Dedicated telephone number allocated for mandatory multi-platform display.
  2. Custom self-replicated user websites optimized for client acquisition & team building.
  3. Secure, branded corporate profile email hosting matching structural company domains.
  4. Integrated outward Short Message Service (SMS) broadcast automation capabilities.
  5. Integrated multi-tier outward Email marketing blast campaign modules.
  6. Access to the central proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform database.
  7. Pre-configured transaction, lead landing page, and acquisition marketing funnels.
  8. Algorithmic AI Agents specialized for customer behavioral profiling and follow-ups.
  9. Long-horizon automated data nurturing architectures operating for up to eight (8) continuous years.
  10. 24/7 Conversational Voice AI Inbound Receptionist Agents (intercepts calls, runs complete prequalification questionnaires, executes primary mortgage applications, calculates DTI, and issues amortization quotes).
  11. Conversational Voice AI Outbound Telephony Agents for activations, cold outreach, and promotions.
  12. "Done-for-You" Managed Social Media Content Marketing (2x daily across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  13. Automated Conversational Social AI Agents engineered to instantly translate comments into mapped CRM leads.
(3) Voice AI Telecommunications Usage $0.20 / min
CONSUMPTION CHARGES: Associate explicitly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to the consumption-based billing model governing both inbound and outbound telephony processing through the platform's proprietary Conversational Voice AI structures. Associate hereby grants irrevocable consent to be billed at a metric of $0.20 per minute for all airtime consumed when Voice AI Agents interact with the Associate's leads, customers, or prospects. Accrued usage automatically drafted monthly from card on file. All consumption charges are final, fully earned by the Broker upon execution, and entirely non-refundable.
Explicit Operational Disclaimer: Associate acknowledges, understands, and signs with the unambiguous agreement that the technology fee, and utilization of automated Conversational Voice AI agents, and the payment of matching consumption-based airtime charges does not constitute a warranty, promise, or guarantee of securing localized client conversions, successful mortgage applications, or verified mortgage or real estate transactional sales.
(4) Conversational Social AI Monitoring $0.05 / response
Associate acknowledges that real-time social data conversion modules incur active database and language processing costs. Associate explicitly agrees to pay and authorizes the billing of a data conversion fee of $0.05 per automated response deployed by the Conversational Social AI Agents in direct reaction to comments, user engagements, and message inquiries dropped onto the Associate's integrated Social Media Handles and digital advertising channels. Immediate billing via tokenized card on file. All processing charges are final, completely earned and non-refundable.
(5) Automated CRM Data Nurturing Dispatch SMS/Email Metrics
Associate explicitly agrees to pay a fixed transactional transmission fee to cover network costs incurred when the software platform fires sequence chains and dripping funnels. Short Message Service (SMS) text transmissions are processed at $0.02 per outbound text message; Automated Electronic Mail (Email) campaign dispatches are processed at $0.005 per outbound email dispatch. Cumulative platform pipeline costs directly drafted each month via tokenized card on file. All data transfer and dispatch fees are strictly non-refundable.
(6) Double Opt-in Telephone Lead Lists $500.00 / mo
OUTBOUND REAL ESTATE TELEMARKETING DATA: Associate understands the need to feed his/her Voice AI Outbound Telemarketing Agent a continuous supply of updated Data of lists of prospective homebuyers and real estate investors, for which Associate explicitly agrees to purchase, pay, and consume 10,000 records per month sourced by the company at a fixed cost of $500 per 10,000 records, directly drafted each month via tokenized card on file. The Company can not and does not guarantee that the Associate's purchase and use of said Data can and will result in the Associate successfully transacting or brokering real estate or mortgage transactions. Monthly Data purchasing is strictly deemed final, fully earned by the company and non-refundable.

Terms, Policies & Agreements

REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE CORPORATION CORPORATE AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(A) TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By executing this application and submitting payment profile data, the enrolling Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Broker ("Associate") requests full operational integration as an Associate Member of Real Estate Mortgage Corporation. Associate acknowledges that infrastructure allocation takes place immediately upon authorization. Associate warrants that all corporate credentials provided are legally accurate.

(B) NO RETURN POLICY: Real Estate Mortgage Corporation explicitly operates a strict digital service platform environment. Because our corporation provides programmatic infrastructure access, network allocation, automated hosting configurations, data list delivery, and algorithmic AI operations, we completely lack physical inventory. We do not sell, ship, or store physical products. Consequently, no physical or digital returns exist, and all allocations are final from the microsecond of dispatch.

(C) NO SHIPPING METHOD: As a strict cloud-native infrastructure architecture and financial technology ecosystem provider, Real Estate Mortgage Corporation does not sell or ship physical products. Therefore, no delivery tracking mechanisms, physical freight carriers, or shipping methods are utilized or supported. All provisioning takes place entirely through digital framework allocation over secured protocols.

(D) NO REFUND POLICY: All fees—expressly encompassing the initial $590.00 non-refundable setup infrastructure fee, the $200.00 monthly technology hosting subscription, the $500.00 monthly 10,000 double opt-in telemarketing record purchase, and all performance consumption-based micro-ledgers (comprising Voice AI at $0.20/min, Social AI at $0.05/response, SMS data transfers at $0.02/text, and long-horizon Email campaigns at $0.005/email)—are explicitly deemed earned in full upon processing. No structural deposits exist. Under no parameters shall the Associate be entitled to lookback claims, chargebacks, financial reversals, partial proration adjustments, or historical distribution refunds upon the severance or modification of this digital access agreement.
